No, most likely, if he does not get elected it will be because of his policies. There might be some people who would still not vote for a black man, regardless of policies, but that would be the minority. As for rednecks, we kind of are a bunch of rednecks. Hell, just five miles outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, you're in redneck territory. The whole center of the country, including Eastern California, has a high percentage of rednecks.
